If you need assistance in making your decision we are happy to help, we can design displays, talk about colour combinations and when everything is worked out we will send you a quote.
Please note that the order is only booked in once the payment has been received.
Depending on what you want, delivery can take as little as a day or up to a week.
Within a 20 mile radius of the Brighton area we deliver your goods personally, you can state a required date and approximate time.
Outside this area we deliver by arrangement only, Displays are still delivered personally as we have to set up on site, individual balloons are sent by post or courier.
Delivery costs inside the Brighton area (BN1 BN2, BN3 BN4).
When you spend £25.00 or more delivery is free, the cost of delivery when spending less than £25.00 is £5.00 for goods that require hand delivery and £3.00 for items that can be posted.
Delivery costs outside the Brighton area (within a 40 mile radius).
When you spend £50.00 or more delivery is free, the cost of delivery when spending less than £50.00 is £10.00 for goods that require hand delivery and £5.00 for items that can be posted.

Please note that there are certain places within the Brighton area that we can not deliver to due to lack of parking etc.
Please note that once an order has been placed and paid for the job will be booked in, stock put by and if required ordered from our suppliers.
We require a minimum of 3 days notice to cancel an order.
If you then wish to cancel the order we will deduct a £10.00 fee from your refund to cover our administration costs.
We accept payment by card, PayPal, or by bank transfer.
Card payments are made over the phone.
Bank transfer details are on the invoices.
